Waarom komt onze halal lamsvlees uit Nieuw-Zeeland?
Kwaliteit van het uiteindelijke eind product begint bij de bron. Onze prachtige stuk halal lamsvlees is afkomstig van lammeren die in Nieuw-Zeeland onder de meest ideale omstandigheden opgroeien. De natuurlijke en grasrijke omgeving in Nieuw-Zeeland zijn niet alleen ideaal voor de dieren, maar het komt de smaak van het stukje vlees ook ten goede. 

De Nieuw-Zeelandse lammeren van halalmeat.nl worden enkel gevoed met gras. Grasgevoerd betekent in Nieuw-Zeeland iets anders dan hoe we dat kennen in Nederland. Nieuw-Zeeland is één van de weinige plekken ter wereld waar grasgevoerde veeteelt zijn ware potentieel kan bereiken. Hier zorgen het klimaat, de schone lucht en een overvloed aan zuiver water het hele jaar door voor weelderige groene weiden. De lammeren die hierop grazen zorgt voor veilig en gezond rood vlees.

Naast dat het vee grasgevoerd is, wordt alleen gewerkt met de beste kwaliteit vee. De lammeren worden door gepassioneerde en ervaren boeren gehouden, zoals de natuur het bedoeld heeft. Het vlees dat uiteindelijk wordt geproduceerd heeft een heerlijke, volle smaak en is minder vet. Het lamsvlees is uiteindelijk ook gezonder, omdat het minder verzadigde vetten en meer vitamine A, E en omega-3 vetzuren bevat. De lammeren worden in Nieuw-Zeeland op de juiste halal-wijze ritueel geslacht. Bereiding
Omdat de lamsbout gevroren wordt geleverd, is het belangrijk dat je deze rustig laat ontdooien, dit kun je gedurende circa 24 uur in de koelkast laten gebeuren of op het aanrecht.

                Helped with my baby's eczema!!

                Long overdue review but this was a lifesaver for my sons eczema. Before he was diagnosed, I was struggling to find a moisturizer to help soothe his angry red skin and his flare up wasn't going away or lessening at all. Although sometimes this doesn't work for the more severe flares, so keep that in mind. It's okay to use the steroid cream or eucrisa prescribed by the doctor. Aveeno is a great daily maintenance cream to help keep their skin moisturized and happy. I highly recommend this jar of body balm, it lasts for many months and a little bit goes a long way.
