Janie’s Pie Crust Cookies come from Janie’s Life-Changing Baked Goods, a NYC bakery built from Janie’s remarkable journey of recovery and reinvention. After overcoming addiction and homelessness, she rediscovered baking with a $35 mixer. She soon created her now-famous Pie Crust Cookie—hailed as “the next Cronut” and ranked among the Top 20 Cookies in NYC. Known for their flaky, buttery, pie-inspired layers, these cookies also support Janie’s mission of giving back through second-chance employment, youth baking classes, and community outreach. Each cookie delivers incredible flavor with a whole lot of heart.
