Throughout medieval times, metal and leather armor was often combined in a unique fashion that still inspires the imagination today. This gear features layers of textile or leather reinforced with metal bands riveted onto them; an evolutionary form which was mistaken for \"studded\" armor by Victorian historians who lacked understanding of their composition at the time. Leather garments were thus given robust sturdiness via metal components, allowing for a decisive compromise between agility and defensiveness.• Made of split leather and 1.4mm steel; steel thickness may vary due to the handcrafted methods
• Steel is untreated but can be protected with mineral or synthetic oil if desired.
• Dyeing process is made with traditional techniques so final color may vary

Well Made and Fits Good
Size: 16x25x1
This filter seems to be the best made one that I've bought that I consider to be a good value, and I've bought many brands -- with the board frame beig the primary reason, but filter media is just as good and probably better too.
