A HEALTH CRISIS THAT STRIKES MEN OF ALL AGES Trying everything from compulsive weight lifting to steroids, more and more boys and men are taking the quest for physical perfection beyond the bounds of normal behavior. The Adonis Complex -- the groundbreaking book that first gave a name to this phenomenon and sparked nationwide interest in the subject -- identifies for the first time the symptoms and warning signs of this dangerous problem, including: * An obsession with exercise, sometimes to the exclusion of all other activities * Binge eating, anorexia nervosa, and bulimia * The abuse of steroids, muscle-building supplements, and diet aids But perhaps more important, it offers readers an explanation of the underlying causes of the Adonis complex, together with hands-on advice for those who have experienced body obsessions themselves, or who see these problems in a boy or man they love.Binding Type: Paperback

great dog toy
Color: Blue
My dog loves it. It's really crunky. nicely made.
only 4 stars because of packaging, careful if opening plastic bag with scissors, really stuffed in a very small bag.

My Yorkie’s new favorite toy
Color: Orange
This octopus toy was an instant hit with my Yorkie! The size is perfect for a small dog, and he loves carrying it around the house and tossing it in the air. I really appreciate that it has no stuffing, which means less mess if he gets a little too enthusiastic with his playtime.
The material feels durable, and the toy has held up well to daily play. It’s soft enough for cuddling but sturdy enough for tugging and chewing. The squeakers keep him entertained and engaged, and he always gets excited when I bring it out.
Overall, this is a fun, well-made toy that keeps my Yorkie happy and occupied. I would definitely buy it again.

Octopus dog toy
Color: Blue
My chihuahua loved it but didn’t last very long. Not very durable and was very small. He was able to get the plastic material out fairly quickly.

Tasha's favorite toy
Color: Blue
A little smaller than expected, but my puppy loves it! We've only had it for a few days, but it seems like it will hold up well.
