The New York Times bestseller from the acclaimed author of A Northern Light, Revolution, Stepsister, and Poisoned. This thrilling mystery is perfect for fans of The Cellar and Suicide Notes from Beautiful Girls. It's a story of dark secrets, dirty truths, and the lengths to which people will go for love and revenge. Jo Montfort is beautiful and rich, and soon--like all the girls in her class--she'll graduate from finishing school and be married off to a wealthy bachelor. Which is the last thing she wants. Jo dreams of becoming a writer--a newspaper reporter. Wild aspirations aside, Jo's life seems perfect until tragedy strikes: her father is found dead. The story is that Charles Montfort shot himself while cleaning his revolver, but the more Jo hears about her father's death, the more something feels wrong. And then she meets Eddie--a young, smart, infuriatingly handsome reporter at her father's newspaper--and it becomes all too clear how much she stands to lose if she keeps searching for the truth. But now it might be too late to stop. The past never stays buried forever. Life is dirtier than Jo Montfort could ever have imagined, and this time the truth is the dirtiest part of all. Praise for These Shallow Graves★ "Action-packed chapters propel this compelling mystery... and] the injustices Donelly highlights remain all too relevant."--Publishers Weekly, Starred Review "Lovely prose, historical intrigue, unique characters and setting. Great chair at a good price
It's a great chair, comfortable and reasonably priced for an ergonomic office chair. I usually don't write reviews, but I also understand how purchasing an office chair can feel overwhelming with so many choices.
I needed to replace the chair I'd purchased in 2020. At the time I'd not spent a lot of money, not sure if working remotely would be temporary or permanent. It lasted about as long as one might expect. I did quite a bit of research choosing a replacement. I'm always hesitant to purchase furniture without trying it out in person.
This chair is worth the price, not on the higher end of what's available but definitely not cheap. I've had it for about three weeks and so far, it's perfect for the 8-10 hours I spend in it during the week.
It arrived early, a great bonus. Assembly was quick, with easy-to-follow directions and all the tools and parts needed. (including some spare screws). I agree with others who mentioned that a spare set of hands would have helped, but I had no issue doing it myself.
It's a sturdy chair with good lumbar support. The adjustability of that feature can accommodate different heights. (I'm around 5'4") Changing seat height or whether the back tilts or remains stationary are all easy to accomplish. The one minor caveat is the seat is leather, so in warm weather and shorts season, it's not ideal. I solved that by purchasing a cover (because of the way the chair fits together, I purchased one that covers both the seat and back because a seat cover by itself would not work). That has worked fine and I'm not sure whether I'll keep the cover on all year.
Overall, it's a great chair at a good price.

Comfortable and Great Value Office Chair
This office chair exceeded my expectations for the price. The assembly was quick and easy, and the chair feels sturdy once put together. The seat cushion is comfortable for extended use, while the mesh back helps keep airflow moving throughout the day.
I also like the adjustable lumbar support and flip-up armrests, which make it easy to customize and save space when not in use. It rolls smoothly, looks professional, and provides great comfort for working from home. Overall, an excellent value and a solid choice for a home office.
