Eli Paperboy Reed has returned to the studio and craft-ed a new album that is at once back-to-basics and startlingly current. Album opener "Hold Out" kicks things off at full-volume, embodying the classic gospel ethos that everything's going to work out fine if you just keep the faith. It's a notion that turns up throughout the record, from the title track "My Way Home" to "Tomorrow's Not Promised" to "Movin'," and it reflects Reed's resilient spirit in the face of disappointment. Elsewhere on the album, he nods to the music's church roots, singing of fear of the devil on "The Strangest Thing" and damnation on "Cut Ya Down" (the only non-original on the record and a song he learned performing with Boston's Silver Leaf Gospel Singers, founded in 1945). "What Have We Done" is something of a secular hymn for the environment, and "I'd Rather Be Alone" serves as a meditation on following your own path to salvation. MOJO called the Boston-via-Mississippi singer the "king of rhythm & soul," while Rolling Stone hailed his "classic soul and horn-heavy R&B soaked with the blues," and NPR raved that "he conveys the heart-wrenching emotion of Southern predecessors such as Wilson Pickett and Otis Redding." My Way Home represents a return to the sonic character that Reed's career began with, but it does more than that: It captures the essence of his sound. A sound that, over everything else, prizes feeling, energy, and, yes, Soul.

Straps don’t last
Color: Glow in the dark - L, Color: Glow in the dark - L
My boyfriend’s dog chewed off all the straps in the first day. Decent ball, but why have straps that dogs can chew off so fast.

Fine choice for smaller dogs
Color: Green-M
A good choice for smaller dogs. My mini poodle enjoys flipping this around and playing tug of war with her humans. She cannot be left with it for any unsupervised play, because she was able to begin shredding one of the straps in a matter of a few minutes. The included pump works great.

Toeless wonders. Love em!
Color: Classic Color
Not gonna lie. These are a God sent when you have an issue with your toes. I hate my toes feeling constricted so these are phenomenal! Comfortable and well worth the money. I also like my socks thin. If you wear boots or hightops, these might not be what your looking for. I do adore the different shades and you can wear them one way or the other as one side is longer. If worn one way, they are higher up the ankle and vice versa.

no toes covered
Color: Classic Color
i love these socks but there is room for improvement. The top and bottom band make indentions when i wear very long. A smooth stretchy bottom and top would be nice. i wouldn’t recommend for diabetics because of the indentions they make. They are fairly comfortable. But if not pulled on right you will walk on the band and it digs in a little. Also after awhile the top slides down and the foot part slides back. i have to keep readjusting. The material itself is soft. I am wearing and i like them but if i want more i will look for some without the elastic bands top and bottom. I dont like socks because my toes are sensitive and i am more comfortable without my toes covered. These are working for me now. In future will look for something similar.
