Diablo’s Steel Demon™ Carbide Saw Blades for Thin Metal produce fast, accurate cuts in a wide-range of mild steels. These blades feature high-performance TiCo™ Hi-Density carbide engineered exclusively to deliver maximum performance, superior quality cuts and longer life when compared to standard grinding discs. Designed with a Triple Chip Grind (TCG) and Perma-SHIELD® coating, these blades slice through the toughest of metals to produce precise, burr-free cuts with less sparks. A controlled cutting action produces larger chip sizes that generates less dust and airborne contaminates. The thin kerf body minimizes material removal and requires less cutting power, delivering fast, clean cuts in cordless and corded circular saws.
Features
- High-performance TiCo™ Hi-Density carbide specifically designed for mild steel applications to provide maximum performance, superior cuts, and longer life vs. standard grinding discs.
- Triple Chip Cutting action reduces sparks and the possibility of needing “hot” permits
- Optimized blade design reduces wandering and deflection of metal, creating precise cuts that require virtually no re-work
- Advanced Laser Cut Stabilizer Vents trap noise and vibration for maximum stability, keeping the blade cool for straight, accurate cuts
- Tri-Metal Shock Resistant Brazing, a three-metal brazing system, allows carbide teeth to withstand extreme impact for maximum durability
- Laser Cut Thin Kerf Design provides less resistance and heat build-up for ease of cut, accuracy, and long cutting life in cordless or corded saws
- Perma-SHIELD® coating resists heat build-up by protecting the blade against gumming and corrosion
- Laser Cut Arbor reduces vibration and premature wear for accurate blade rotation when in use
- Circular saw blades create a controlled cutting action resulting in larger chip sizes that generates less dust and airborne contaminates versus standard grinding discs
- Ideal for mild steels with 1/8” maximum wall thickness: steel studs, angle iron, channel, flat bar, EMT conduit
- Ideal for mild steels, such as all-thread, with 1” maximum diameter
- Compatible with cordless and corded circular saws
- Max RPM: 5800

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TRASH - edited
Style: 15" (2 x 2Ah)
I bought this product and it arrived with one battery that doesn't charge out of the two. Without 2 batteries, it won't work at all. Attempted to contact Greenworks with the number Amazon provided. They were closed on the weekends. Called Monday and the message stated that customer support closed early. Attempted using the Chat option for help. It states the model number STE304, doesn't exist, so I couldn't proceed. Called on Tuesday. I have been on hold for over an hour and still nothing. Will update.
After about an hour and a half on hold (yes, the offer the option of leaving a call back number, which I didn't use as I had to work from home to access customer service when they were open. Also, they needed me to try out stuff with the batteries and give them serial numbers, etc.) The lady I spoke to spoke English and appeared to be US based. Eventually, after doing the "did you restart it" version of troubleshooting, it was indeed determined my battery didn't work and they offered to ship me a new one at no cost. I then had to dispose of my non-working battery in the proper manner, and our yearly toxic garbage pick up coincided with this, thankfully. It took time out of my work schedule to get this resolved, but the lady I spoke to was great and I did get my battery about a week or so later, which I did appreciate. Customer service needs better access esp since you have to have the physical batteries and charger to get this resolved, which you may not be able to do while working. Maybe they can't find people to work as that seems to be an issue everywhere. The weed eater works fine. Updated from one star to three based on resolving issues and a dead battery upon arrival, rather than the actual equipment working.

Edged entire corner lot with a sidewalk on one charge of the batteries.
Style: 2 x 2.0Ah
Excellent. A bit heavier than my echo gas weed trimmer for reference. Fair balance but it is a bit of a workout. The good thing is I can edge a 10k sq ft corner lot in about 1/3 the time. On the corner, I have both sides of the sidewalk plus the curb side to do. I've owned gas edgers before also. This comes in comparable to the price I paid for one of those 20 years ago so I would also say a good if not very good value for the buck. It was not an initial edging but 1st maintenance for the year and rather overgrown. Didn't even use one full charge on the edger.

Amazing!!! Works great
Size: 9 inches
Works really well. Cit through my Saint Augustine grass like a breeze and it is super thick. Very happy with purchase. Battery has good life, charged it for a full 24hrs before use and it last a long time. They send 2 blades and the battery with charger which is a huge plus because everything else I looked at you had to purchase those separately and it was just as much as the edger. This is a great deal and worth the money. Highly recommend 👌

Great thing to have.
Size: 9 inches
Great thing to have. For my small yard, it is perfect for me. Yes, the battery life does not last as long as I would like be, but I would buy this again. Great power and speed.
